Here are some good programs that should pay. Click on program name to join

Degoo = Probably the best Paid to surf program these days. They actually pay and pay you 1.50c/hr and 1.65c/hr (with popups).

 Their payrate is low but this is probably the best program out there paying even this much. NO other programs (as of 24september,2003) will pay you more than 1c/hr.
